DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

This Distance Selling Agreement has been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and distance selling regulations.

BUYER
The person/entity placing the order (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

2. SUBJECT

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the petyrea.com website, the details and sale price of which are specified below.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price of the product are stated in the order form and order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date. Estimated delivery times:
- USA & Europe: 7-15 business days
- Other countries: 10-20 business days
Free shipping applies to all orders. A tracking number will be sent to the Buyer via email once the order has been shipped.

5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment is collected upfront at the time of order via credit card or other supported payment methods. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the payment information provided.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Products manufactured or personalized specifically for the Buyer
- Products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back to the Seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. Buyers may submit complaints to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court.

10. ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
